In 2017 I was brought in to help concept, write, and conduct interviews for The Ronald McDonald House of Long Islsnd’s annual holiday video for donors. Each year, they produce a short film that spotlights a family at RMHLI and updates donors on the progess made throughout the year.
It’s a nice way to show donors how their generosity is impacting real kids and their families. The facility is something very special and meeting and interviewing Zoe, her mom, and her grandmother is something I will never forget.
The hope and joy these families radiate is really indescribable. It was honor to be asked to help on this project.
